What Payment Methods Do You Accept

We accept payment's via Paypal, bank deposit and money order. Please note international customers we only accept Paypal payments.

How much do you charge for shipping? -  Australia Wide shipping is $9.90 and order's over $150.00 are shipped free. International customer's, Shipping is based on weight and your location our site uses a live estimate shipping feature, simply place items in the shopping basket and select the view shopping cart and enter the required details and click get a quote and it will calculate the shipping charge for you..

How Soon Do you Ship Items? – Items are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days. Monday to Friday. Delivery times depend on destination .

Deilvery Options - We use Australia Post Eparcel which has tracking. 

International Customers we send our parcels via registered Air Mail (tracking) Please note, we only ship once a week, so order's can take between 14 to 28 Business Days, If your purchasing for a Gift please take into account it might not make it in time.

Please note Ozgem Toys will not be responsible for lost, damaged or delayed goods due to the postal service.

How Do I track my order? – Simply enter the tracking number whick is included in the email we send out to you saying that your order has been sent and enter that tracking number on the Australia Post website http://auspost.com.au/track/. With International customers, the tracking number we send you can only be tracked when the parcel has landed in your country via your countries postal service provider.

If I am Not Home to Receive my order what happens? – If no one is home, Australia Post (should) leave a card to notify you that you have a parcel to collect from the local post office. Please note if it has been several days since your order has been dispatched please check with your local post office as sometimes the notification cards can get lost or thrown out with other catalogues/mail. Please note the Post Offices only hold parcels for a short time before returning to sender any unclaimed parcels.

I haven’t received my item yet – If you haven’t received your item within 7 days (or up to 14 days for remote areas), please contact your local post office as often if no one is at the delivery address the parcel will be taken to your local post office for collection.  If no success please email us and we will file an investigation with Australia Post. If you have paid for registered or express post you will be given a tracking number when item is shipped and be able to track your parcel from time of dispatch to delivery. Please note if you are located overseas delivery can take up to 14 days (21 days for remote areas). Non deliverable parcels (eg. unclaimed, wrong address etc) will be returned to us and a redelivery fee will be charged. $9.90 for Australian customers and per weight charge for international customers.

All item's will be marked as merchandise. You will be responsible for any customs duty/taxes in your country.
